2008 Honda Civic Renewal Notice Being Not Received

The first step you should take is file a change of address with the post office. They will attempt to re-route all mail to your new address. Next, you'll need to file a Notice of Change of Address (DMV 14) with the DMV. This form can be found on our Download Forms page. Once you've completed the form you may mail it in to the DMV or visit a DMV branch office for faster service. If for any reason you do not receive your Honda's registration renewal notice before two weeks of expiration, we recommend either visiting the DMV or paying your renewal fees online. It's ok if you do not have the renewal notice in-hand.
